Had my HSG this morning and we received some pretty bad news. The dye was unable to go through both tubes. The radiologist even gave me an injection of Glucagon to try to relax my tubes, but the dye still would not pass through.
He said my doc would have the results in 24 hours. Now, I am in shock...and balling my eyes out.
Any ladies with experience with this...help? Thoughts?

Thanks ladies. He said my uterus looked good, but the dye wouldn't fill the tubes. Is there any other reason why the dye doesn't go into the tubes besides blocked tubes?
I feel like I am mourning the loss that we tried for a whole year and didnt even have a shot. I cannot even imagine how we will get through/pay for IVF...
I know my doc will be able to answer some questions, its just the waiting that is so hard.

Thanks for all of your kind words, ladies. I am so thankful to have you all for support, since unfortunately, we all know the pain of IF.
They sometimes can through a lap, but might not always be effective and can sometimes cause more scar tissue. Thankfully, my doc is meeting with us tomorrow, so we will know more then. I will update when we get back. Thanks for your thoughts!
