  Ellie loves it too.  I just cube it and sprinkle with paprika or something and she eats it right up.

  Leah loved tofu when we first tried it a few months ago.  She liked to eat it plain.  Unfortunately she had an allergic reaction with itchy eyes.  Her doctor said to give it a few months and try again so it will be back on the menu in the near future.

  Tofu sounds pretty good to ME!  Maybe I should get some to snack on.

  Margaux wasn't all that into it last time we tried, but maybe she'll eat it now...

  Ada loves it! I just cut it  up plain and she eats it right up! Even better with this little tahini sauce I make sometimes.
