I know a lot of us are trying to lose weight for our New Year's resolution, so I thought we could share ideas.
I love to snack. I just had some multi-grain with sea salt pita chips with salsa. I love that kind of snack, but it has to be a fresher salsa that needs to be refrigerated. The other ones just tasted "canned" to me.
What's your favorite healthy snack?

Oh really? I didn't know that Special K came out with a granola product. I'm gonna have to look for that during my next trip to the store. I often have one of their protein shakes before working out.

I'm loving clementines right now. I'm also a big fan of hummus with veggies or rice crackers.
Now I want a snack...
This is one of my favorites too! I also like plain yogurt with cinnamon and almonds mixed in.
After 2 1/2 years TTC, 3 IUI's, endo, and a lap, a surprise BFP brought us Alexandra Marie!
LOL Sorry MrsLoos! Can you tell I'm hungry? I'm waiting for DH to get home so we can go to dinner. Nothing like passing the time talking about food to make me hungry.
BTW - I love the quote in your siggy by YH. My Husband is not really a positive person so I always love it when he says something positive. Makes me smile.
Sadly, most of the snacks I like are not healthy. Well, that's not entirely true, I love salsa and chips or hummus and pita chips, but my problem is I eat too many of them. I can't just have a few. I need to learn to scoop out the serving size and put the rest away.
I do really like the 100 cal. kettle corn microwave popcorn.

I love all these snack ideas. I love fuiji apples with some almond butter.
We have been loving this artichoke & jalapeno dip from Costco. I love it warmed up! It is pretty low cal and pair it with some carrot sticks or some Kashi crackers and you got a yummy snack!
Fruit! Any kind of fruit I love. Pineapples and grapefruits are my favorite.
