Every day is different for me, baby girl does not like to be scheduled and neither do I. Mostly I play, nap and go for a walk - and then there's the several hours of nursing for my hungry girl. I get a lot of reading done.
I try to clean up around the house, but I am home to be with my baby so we do what she wants mainly and I try to engage with her, talk to her, read to her or just hold her as much as possible and leave the chores for the weekend when DH is home to hold and play with her. We also occassionally go out and meet other mommies and babies and as she gets olde I'd like to get out more - but she hates being in the car right now I am hoping this is just a phase because she used to love it.
Wake around 6:30 for firstbottle and they go back to sleep... so do I!
Wake around 9:30 for second bottle and sometimes they go backto sleep... so do I! If we do then DSis usually up between 10 and 11 and it's play time. We play I occasionally do laundry or dishes(usually only bottles) and pickup the livingroom when DS gets it out of control. But primarily I feed and cuddle babies, when they are sleeping or content laying on their own I feed and cuddle my toddler (as he allows) 98% of the time I do NOT havedinner even started when DH gets home.I am a Stay at Home MOM not a SuperWife LOL! In the evenings on of us cooks, and the other tries to entertain all the kids. (Usually our toddler needs to be w/ me for some reason so if I'm cooking he's underfoot.) Bedtime is late for our crew and I frantically wash bottles, make formula for the next day and get to sleep.
Thanks ladies! It sounds like we have a similar day. Naps, playing, eating. We used to go on walks, but now it is too cold in DC. I look forward to the warmer weather this spring so we can get out more.
No set schedule. I have 2 so whatever can get done in a day, does get done. Usually my LO sleeps all morning, from about 9 to 12, while me and my son play, read, color, or something along those lines. Mondays and Thursdays are usually laundry days, Tuesdays are food shopping days and Wednesdays we go out to Grandmas. Fridays are dusting and vacuuming days. And weekends are fun times!
I am a stay at home mom of a 3 month old and I have no schedule. I know I need to develop one. As it is I never cook dinner and rarely do laundry, etc. I need to figure out a way to be attentive to my baby girl and still get stuff done!
