Huggies/Pampers codes

I entered some Huggies codes today, and they say they're expired.  I look on the sticker, and it does say expires 12/31/10.  I only update my codes every few months.  I looked and my last activity was in October, so the box couldn't have been more than a few months old.  The other codes (assuming newer boxes) have exp. dates of 12/31/11 - so still have over a full year to input. 

I assumed this was the expiration date for entering in the systm, but did I not read the fine print, and are my already entered points randomly expiring?  I have just been building them up - assuming I'll get something with a lot of points later.

So, what do you gals do when you buy those diapers on sale in bulk?  Do you open all of them to enter the codes?  Or just wait until you finally get to the box. 

I did send them an email asking about the points, so we'll see what I get back.  Just wanted to see if anyone else has had experience with expiring codes.  It's not like it really matters - I think with my points I have been accumlating with 1 1/2 years of diapers, I can get a $20 GC - wahoo! Hmm

    The things you can get from Huggies tend to suck, so I don't let my points accumlate too high.  If they have a free pack of wipes or diapers listed, I usually just do that.  Every time I see a gift card, I'm usually 50 points or so away, but then by the time I get the points needed it isn't an option.

    The month of December if you bought stuff from Target you got double points.  That helped me get a free pkg of diapers and wipes.

    UPDATE:  They emailed me back and asked what type and count the wipes were (I guess just confirming I didn't just find the codes in the trash or something), then they gave me new codes that worked after they confirmed.

    I agree the prizes are pretty sucky.  I am not quite sure it's worth the effort of entering them all - but oh well!

    i have the save problem like u did, i bought huggies wipes in 2011, but the codes already expired in 12/31/2010.

    u said that u emailed them and got the answer? and that's what i just did. thanks for sharing. ;) now i'm just waiting for then to reply me.
