XP: Our new family blog

We finally started one in November, and backlogged a bunch of posts in an effort to catalog some details of the pregnancy (although I'm keeping one of those fill-in-the-blanks pregnancy journals).  Mainly, we started it because we have family all over the world and when my due date approaches, I'll prefer to use blog posts rather than mass emails to give updates.

For those of you who like to follow other Nesties'/Bumpies' blogs, I'll share it here.  I'm not going to keep it in my siggy or anything because I don't think it will be all that interesting- but it will have plenty of baby pics when the time comes!

    I am so glad you posted this! When I lost everything on my computer I lost your scraping blog address. I have been so busy I keep forgeting to get it again. Now I have both on my computer as favorites. :)

    i looked at your blog since we're due around the same time =) (although they are thinking of taking LO out in feb. now instead...) regardless, we're at about the same week--i'm 30w2d.

    i love it! i like the stuff you say about movement 'cause that's how i totally feel too. sometimes it's difficult for me to put into words how i feel 'cause i'm really good at harboring "mommy guilt" hahaha

     

    D started out as a LUCKY CHARM but ended up being our LOVEBUG image

    Oh, I totally had my first "mommy guilt" moment, in a big way.  It was earlier in the pregnancy, when I had just started feeling movement, but only little bumps here and there, nothing major.  Then I had a moment of weakness where I licked the bowl of brownie batter... it was egg-free, so I figured it was safe... but the sugar made the baby FLIP OUT.  It felt like she was having a seizure in my belly.  I cried, no joke.  Now she flips out every time I have any sugar at all (even fruit), so I know it's not a big deal, it's just movement.  But that was scary!  I felt so guilty!

    Anyway, glad you checked the blog, and I look forward to hearing how things go with your pregnancy as we get closer!!

    Hi!

    Probably not going to put the blog on FB, since I have about 300 friends and I'm not really interested in sharing the stories of my uterus with the 150 people I went to high school with.  :)  But I'll share the stories if my uterus with you!!  Sending you a message in FB now.....
