Today was my "follow-up" appointment that I had been dreading. I had no idea what to expect. Although the Dr. was an hour behind, once she came in and talked to me about what actually happened I felt better. It was like after I admitted outloud (first time ever) that "I miscarried" and I didn't break down and cry, I felt stronger.
Now that final appointment is out of the way and I got the "there is no medical reason to wait, but we suggest for emotional reasons to wait one cycle. If you get pregnant right away it's not a problem" speech I feel that this miscarriage is starting to hurt less. I'm beginning to not cry everyday at the sight of a pregnant lady or a baby. Just a week ago I felt that these milestones may never come.
What things have made you women feel better in this hard period?
