I'm hoping to have them ready to go 2-3 weeks before the party, so in the next week or so.

We sent them this past weekend, so people will receive them 3.5 weeks before the party (on the 30th). I'd think anytime around 3 weeks works.

ds's b-day party is jan. 15th and i sent the invites out around dec. 10th or so. i wanted to get them out before x-mas cards.

DD's party is Feb 5, I mailed them today, and asked to have rsvp's in by 1/29, so I figure it gives about 3 weeks to rsvp and 4 weeks notice for the party.

Sending them out today or tomorrow and the party is on the 22nd. But it's only family, so most people will know about it anyway.
