I have a fever...

Let me first start off by saying I have a call into my doctor; I'm just impatient for the call-back.

I've been developing a cold for a few days now.  It hit hard last night, with a slight fever.  Today, its gotten worse.  Not extreme fever or anything, but high enough.  I've taken a Tylenol and I've been drinking water like crazy. 

When do I need to start to worry?  I know its not good for me to have a fever for long, and when I talked to my doctor at my appointment on Monday, he did tell me to watch for fever with this cold.  So....when do I worry?  (Well, more than I already am?)

    How high is the fever?  I'd just wait for the doctor to call back and keep up on fluids and tylenol.  I hope you feel better soon!

    I had a 3day fever and the doc said to do just what you are doing and try to keep it as close to 99-100 as I could with fluid rest and the Tylenol
