My OB asked me to please get it since H1N1 most seriously affected pregnant women/infants, so I did. I've gotten them for the past few years though, so it was no big deal to me.

I'm talking with my midwife at my next appt about this. I usually get flu shots every year, but have some concerns about it - although I also have concerns about not getting it while pg too... Still undecided.

My OB was doing the shots in office for all of her pregnant patients and recommended that I get one as well, so I did.

I SSed because I'm still undecided. I've never gotten a flu shot (because I just don't trust it to keep up with how fast the virus mutates) & know it's supposed to be safe for LO, but I still have reservations. I know we're past the first wave of flu season, but DH is a teacher, so I feel like I have a lot of second-hand exposure potential...
Ugh. My next appointment is on Monday, & I may just suck it up & do it then. HTH!
