It has been forever since I have posted on here!
Few questions from here to delivery. Biggest being, did you deliver early? How many weeks? I know I shouldn't expect to make it to 40 weeks, but should I be prepared for 32 weeks?
When do the frequency of dr. visits change? Right now I see the peri and my OB about every 4 weeks. Next appt is Friday I'll be 27.5 weeks.
When do they check to see if I have any labor symptoms? Is this off my cue or a certain point in pregnancy? Being effaced, cervix dialated etc.

1. I made it to 38w1d and was induced. My goal was always 37 weeks and I was thrilled to make it to 38 weeks
2. At 30 weeks, I started going every other week and at 34 weeks, it was every week
3. At 34 weeks, she checked me by doing an internal and then checked me again at 36 and 37 weeks.
1. Many (but not all) twin mom's don't make it to their scheduled induction/c-section dates at 38-39 weeks. I delivered at 35 weeks, but was admitted at 34 weeks with no warning due to a cord blood flow issue that was seen during a routine ultrasound that day. I wished I had at least had an overnight bag with me as DH had to go home and try to pull together my bag after I was admitted. I was there for 5 days and he never did bring my deodarant- I had to use what the hospital provided. If I had it to do over, I'd have at least a small bag in the car no later than 32 weeks- you never know when your doc will tell you to go straight to the hospital.
2. I went to biweekly appts at 28w and weekly at 32w. I was having growth ultrasounds every 2 weeks after 28w as well.
3. They kept an eye on my cervical length from the time I went in for PTL at 27w on. I was given standards for how many contactions in an hour to take meds, call the office, go in, etc. I never went into full blown labor on my own- the girls were delivered due to other complications.
I made it to my scheduled csection at 37weeks 4days.
I saw OB every 2 weeks from 26wks then at 30 weeks every week, with NST's 2 times a week. And Ultrasounds every 4 weeks starting at 20 weeks.
Started Internals at 34 weeks I was 2cm dialted 80%effaced then next 2 weeks I was 4cm dilated and 90% effaced.
