Feels like an elephant stomped on my left boob all night!

Could my boobs really be growing more? I'd rather that they not as I've developed nasty stretch marks on the bottom of my boobs. So long VS string bikini Crying Ok, well I never really looked that great in it anyway but my boobs sure did!

Anyway, my boob hurts. It definitely feels like growing pain. It's literally throbbing as I type and for some reason it feels really hot. I'm wondering why my right boob doesn't feel the same. I hope my left doesn't grow significantly bigger than my right, that would suck LOL!

I plan to breast feed but now I can only imagine how painful that will be if I can barely stand the growing pains. I'll have to suck it up, there's no way I'm paying for formula!

I hope all your boobs are doing well today and that it doesn't feel like you had an elephant stomping on your chest all night.

    So sorry you are hurting...but I wanted to offer some encouragement.  Breast-feeding is really only painful for the first week or so.  When your milk first comes in it will be painful for a day or two, and then when he/she latches on it is painful at the beginning, but that all goes away and then it is a wonderful experience.  Don't let it get you too worried...hope it feels better soon!!

    Well I made the mistake of telling my mom about it and now she's freaking out. She begged me to call the advice nurse at my midwife's office so now I'm just waiting for a call back. She wants to make sure it's not an infection. She had a similar experience when pregnant with my brother that turned into an infection, it was nothing serious and she was able to get it treated before he was born so she was still able to breast feed.

    So now I'm just waiting.... I'm sure it's nothing but it's always better to be safe than sorry.
