Anyone elses DC sleep on belly. I lay him down on his back or side as usually and since he started rolling about a month ago he refuses to sleep anyway but on his belly. I go into his room and he is on his belly sound asleep.
I do. I put him on his belly to sleep and have been doing it since around 3 weeks. He can lift his head and turn it from side to side. I only do it because he spits up so much and when he slept on his back he would choke on it and hyperventilate and freak out. On a whim in the early morning hours I put him on his belly when he was 3 weeks old and he slept so much better. I've been doing it ever since.
I was told that once they begin to roll onto their bellies, just let them. So your baby is fine!
My youngest has slept on her belly since she was about a month. She would scream bloody murder if i put her on her back, now she sleeps soundly on her belly. I was kind of freaked out about putting her on her belly but i went out and got the Angel Care monitor. I don't know if you have heard about it but it monitors breathing, movement and audio. It has helped me sleep knowing that it can sense her respirations, this way i am not up every 30mins to check on her.
I hope it works out for you. I am so glad i switched her to belly there is no way i would got through the last 6wks without her belly sleeping.
DD sleeps on her belly and will only sleep that way. I figured this out when she was about 6 weeks old. Before that it was only sleeping on me (on her belly).

I do. At 3.5 months DS started rolling on to his stomach every night. I would put him down on his back and 2 second later he would be on his tummy. My doctor said I couldn't stop him from rolling he over and he said he should be fine.
