Not happy with PB Kids (Anywhere chair)

I posted about this before, but the embroidery on Tyson's Anywhere Chair has started unraveling.  I called PB Kids to see if they could do anything about it, even just re-embroider the current cover.

The rep I spoke to told me that I was out of luck and could just order a replacement cover.  It's only $30, but I'm pissed that the embroidery started unraveling after less than 6 months of use.

    I would personally call back again and let them know how disappointed you were with their first response.  That's ridiculous!

    Total CS Fail.   Ditto the letter part.  Now I feel better about not getting one for my boys!
