keratosis and solutions

Does anyone that any remedies for this?  My daughter has it on her right butt cheek and it itches.  And she has it on her legs and a little bit on her arms.  The doctor gave me some am lactin.  Just wondering if anyone else has had any luck with anything?

    no solutions.  i actually had it as a kid and i have nightmares of my mom buff puffing my arms and face all the time with one of those hard buff puffs!  it hurt!  ds has this too, mostly on his thighs and arms, some on the hunchs of his cheeks.  the only thing the ped and dermatoligist said to do is lather it up with eucrin or aquaphor.  it gets better with age.  but they both said not to buff puff.

    I never had it as a kid but I have it somewhat on my arms now.  After delivery I had it REALLY bad on my arms and thighs.  There is a product you can buy at Sephora but I believe it has a steroid or something similar.  I don't think your DC could use it.

    Oh but I meant to include...it doesn't hurt.  So, don't worry about it.  It looks worse than it is.
