Records - vent for incompetent OB records office

So I asked for all my OB records for my new provider starting with my last pg through present to be sent ages ago.  New provider never got them, despite me asking twice and them saying they sent them - who knows how far they got or whose fault.

So I picked them up today to hand deliver.  I switched providers at 20 weeks.  There is NOTHING in there about this pregnancy - none of the visits, no u/s reports for the three u/s that I've had.  How hard could it be??  There was no surgical report either, but that, at least, I wasn't definitely expecting.
