Please suggest a restauran in phoenix

DH's bf lives in Phoenix and we would like to buy him and his fiance a gift card for Christmas.  We are looking for something small and romantic with great food.  Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks :)  And happy new year!

    Do you know what part of town they live in?  There are a ton of great places but the Valley is pretty large.  Getting them a certificate somewhere that turns out to be on the other side of town could mean an hour+ of driving one way.  Even knowing if they're on the east or west side of town would be helpful.  Let us know and I'm sure we can recommend good options!
