Hi ladies! I've been lurking and posting a bit here and on the IF board since our MFI diagnosis in Sept. Initially we thought we were going to go straight to IVF, but we're on board for our first IUI this week.
My question is, what sperm count/motility is considered acceptable/good? I've read conflicting things. We're crossing our fingers that we get an OK sample!
TIA!
Re: Question for IUI ladies
Ditto. My RE wants to see 10 million post wash and at least 50% motility. FWIW, I got a BFP (unfortunately chemical) from my 4th IUI with a post-wash count of 18 million with 80% motility. Our counts and motility were similar for the first three cycles, which were natural, but I used Clomid for the last one and had two mature follies.
