I put on about 20 or so pounds when I stopped birth control at the beginning of last year and have been trying to lose weight since then. My OB wants me to lose 20 pounds, and when I started taking Metformin again in August I did lose some weight but have been stuck at the weight I am now for months. I have heard South Beach is good for those with PCOS and would like to try it. For those of you who have tried it, did you buy the book? And if so was it helpful? Are there any good resources for it online for recipes and food suggestions?
Thanks ladies!
