How long did you have wait on the phone? When I called, they said 11 minutes, it's now been 25 minutes and no answer. WTH? And WTH is up with this hold music? It's too high pitched and is giving me a headache. Yuck.

    And now my phone just disconnected and I had to call back! But now they're saying hold for 7 minutes. Yeah right.

    Hope you got through!  I contacted then via their online form and it took a week for someone to get back to me but they sent me two free sets of softfit shields!

    It took over an hour on the phone, but they are sending me what I need. My front plate broke on my pisa. I should have it in 2-3 days. In the meantime, only one side of my suction will work, so I can only pump one side at a time. :(

    I was on hold for about 20 minutes with them today.  They gave me what I wanted, too.  A replacement box of my Free Style so I can take it back to BBB and get a PISA.  I wasn't super thrilled with the demeanor of the woman I spoke to, but they gave me what I wanted, so I guess I won't complain.

    i hope so!  i was less than impressed with the freestyle, which i was sad about i liked the fact that it was so tiny, and the actual pump was nice, i just don't like all the pieces and the quality of them.
