nap schedule, bedtime routine and night sleeping hours. I don't think DD is a very good sleeper, but I don't have much to compare it to and I would like to improve her routine.
TIA!

At 1 year, O was really just napping in the evening and then waking up to play for a few hours in the middle of the night, then sleeping in. He was taking crappy naps during the day (maybe an hour, longer if he slept on top of one of us). We ended up doing CIO one night because he was playing at 430 in the morning, kicking us and laughing hysterically, and DH and I were completely exhausted so we kissed him, said we loved him and good night, and put him in his crib. He's STTN and napped pretty well ever since.
Now, he'll go to sleep anywhere between 8 and 10 and sleep until 8 or 9AM. He naps around noon for a couple of hours. He's a great sleeper now, but that's definitely a recent development!
I think my DD is a really good sleeper, but, she usually wakes around 7-8, naps around 9:30-11:30/45 afternoon nap 2-4/4:30 bedtime 8.

In bed for the night: 7:30/8pm. Before bed we do bath and a warm milk sippy cup, and then he's down in his crib with his soft music. It doesn't take him long to fall asleep after that.
He's always been a great napper and still definatley needs two naps during the day. I couldn't imagine him only taking one, he's such a bear when he only has one!
My DS is 17 months. He wakes around 8am. Takes a nap from 12 to 2 (He almost always takes a 2 hour nap but there are days it is 1.5-2.5 hrs) we start bath about 8:30pm and try to be in bed at 9pm. I have learned as long as I stay on his schedule he does very well. If I let it go then he has trouble with his sleep. GL.
On a day when Tegan is home she will typically sleep from 6:30/7 PM until 7/8 AM. Then she'll go down for a nap, sometime around 10 AM and typically sleep for 1.5 to 2 hours. She goes down for her second nap around 2/2:30 PM and sleeps for another 1.5 to 2 hours. Our evening routine is dinner, bath, bottle, book or singing and then bed. Tegan has always been a good napper at home, but not the best daycare napper. On daycare days (3 days a week) she typically only naps in the morning from about 10/10:30 till 11:30/12.
In a typical day (at home) she'll get 15-17 hours of sleep.
B sleeps from about 8:30pm-7:30am (as late as 8:30am lately). Her naps are weird lately but usually naps from 11am-12:30pm and 4:30-6pm. Those are much later than they used to be but have been like this for a week or so and her bedtime hasn't changed. As for bedtime routine, DH plays with her up until bedtime then I take her to her room, put on pjs if they're not already on, brush her teeth, give her a paci, carry/snuggle her for a minute or two then lay her down and walk out.
DD wakes up anywhere from 8am until 9am. I let her play in her crib until she starts crying, which can be up to an hour. She typically takes two naps- one in the morning, one in the afternoon, each lasting between 1 and 2 hours typically. Sometimes the naps get off schedule now, though, and she only gets one, but life is much better with 2 naps! We're pretty strict with her bedtime, which is about 8:30 (we start bed time routine around 7:30pm). In the past 3 weeks, though, she has been waking up in the middle of the night (something she hasn't done since she was 8 weeks old). DH just replugs her paci and we go back to bed- sometimes he gives her a bottle. GL!
Naps: I can usually count on her morning nap. It is usually about 2~3 hours aster she wakes up and lasts 1-2 hours. We sometimes get an afternoon nap that lasts about 30 minutes. If her morning nap is short than her afternoon is longer and vice versa.
Bedtime routine: Dinner at 630ish. 745 she goes into her room with my hubby and he reads to her for about 15 minutes, then I brush her teeth and nurse her to sleep, although I would like to stop this soon.
Night sleeping hours: She sleeps about 11 hours through the night although this just started last week since we sleep trained. She used to wake up 1-3 times a night to nurse but that has stopped.
Not sure how close in age you want, but DD's routine is: change diaper, PJ's, rock for a few minutes, book, put her in the crib awake, rub her back for a few minutes and leave. If she fusses we stand outside the door and say "shhh" and she's usually asleep within a minute or so. If she cries we go in and rub her back again.
She sleeps from 7:30 pm - 7:30 am, although lately she has been going to bed later and sleeping later b/c of our move and the holidays.
She takes a 2-hour nap about 4 hours after she wakes up in the morning.
DS takes one nap, starting at noon and can last from 1.5 to 3 hours. and then goes to bed at 9:00 and is up anytime between 8:00-9:00 the next day.
bedtime routine is bath, pj's, snack/water, brush teeth and then pop him in his crib. sometimes he puts up a fight, but is really good about laying down and falling asleep on his own.
Kale goes to bed around 7pm, and wakes up anywhere between 8:30 and 11:30am! One day he didn't get up until 12:45!!! He then usually takes a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon! He is definetly a sleeper...just like his mommy. Lately he's been waking at night again needing a tuck back in and pacifier, but usually he sleeps straight through the night.
His betime routine is dinner, jammies and bed.... no bottle before bed or he wakes up soaked from head to toe!!

DS wakes around 7 and naps about 10:30-12:30 and then again from about 4-6. He goes down for bed around 8:30-9:00. Some days if were out he will do one long nap from about 12:00-3:00 or 3:30 and then to bed earlier at like 7:00. He is much happier with the 2 naps though.
DD sleeps really well, but she always has slept well. She goes to bed between 7-7:30 and wakes up around 7:30. She takes one nap usually from 11:30 until 2:30 -3:00.
Her bedtime routine involves getting in her PJS, reading a book, having a bottle, then cuddling with her in the glider until she's sleepy, then putting her down. She STTN. I don't bathe her at night; she actually tends to get really excited about her bath and it takes much longer for her to wind down, so she gets her bath in the morning.
