Symptoms of low progesterone?

A question for ladies who have been dx with low progesterone --- do you have any symptoms that you can attribute to that?

 

I have been doing a little research online and from what I could find they said irregular periods and clotting during periods are two signs. 

 I meet with my RE in a couple weeks and it will be around 5 - 7 DPO (hopefully) and I want to get him to test it before we start our clomid cycle so if there IS a problem I can start taking something before that.. So just looking for some supportive symptoms if there are any.

    In my last panel of bloodwork, they said my progesterone was 7.7, which from what I have read is low. However, they have not prescribed anything yet (see Dr. vent below). I however, have normal length LP, which I thought when you have low progesterone, the LP are short...hmmm..

    When I looked on Dr. Google, I did have some of the symptoms they listed, but I feel like you always can when you look online for that stuff.

    Not sure if this is what you are looking for...but I am interested in what others have to say!

    I have spotting before and after AF as well as a short LP, if I get to 9 or 10 DPO, I am lucky.

    I do not usually spot and I don't have a short LP either.  I have very irregular, very long cycles and usually don't ovulate.  I don't really have any symptoms that I can attribute solely to low progesterone.  I was diagnosed with PCOS in August 2010.  I ovulated for the first time since TTC in December but my progesterone was 5.7.  I was told that it should be 15.

    I have low progesterone on unmedicated cycles and I have regular periods every 26-28 days.  Since I've been off BCP's, I have had one period that was only 19 days, but that is the only one that was not between 26-28 days.
