upper back pain while pumping

Does anyone else experience this or am I just really weird? It's happened twice today.
Dx: MFI, DOR, 9 Fibroids and homozygous MTHFR

    Is it behind your shoulder blade?  That used to happen to me early on during nursing and pumping.  For me it happened a couple times then went away.  I know thats of no help to you!  Haha but you're not alone

    It happens to me because I lean slightly forward.  I have to put a pillow behind me.

    When LO latches on properly, it feels for the first few seconds like someone stabbed me directly through to my back, almost resulting in a spasm.  So...yeah, I guess I've had that?  lol.  My chiropractor helps tremendously with working out the kinks and when I'm properly positioned it doesn't happen as strongly.
