  I live in the city now, but lived in the NW burbs when I was in high school - shopping at Woodfield was my favorite pass-time! Sometimes I drag DH and DS back out there so we can eat at a Walker Bros and relive the glory days!

  We haven't been there yet. We love Docks it is right on 176 just east of Main St, and Lindys Landing & Lakeside Inn right on Main Street. DH and I were just talking about Slyce.

   I am not that far from Grayslake. We actually take DS to the Grayslake Aquatic Center for swim lessons in the summer and to the free splash park. He loves it.

  Nope. I actually grew up in Mt. Prospect and have been living in Grayslake the past three years.

  I work in Schaumburg, I get to eyeball Nordstrom from my office building every day,   I'm live closer to Algonquin though. 

   Does anyone use a day care center in or around the Schaumburg area?  I am interviewing, researching, taking recommendations for places.  I don't know the timeline on finding day care just thinking that sooner is better. 

   I'm due in May, but for some reason my tickers won't show up today....
