My DD won't eat veggies! She will only eat them if they are pureed. My pedi told me to just keep offering them to her as table food, but she won't eat them! I even try to sneak them into some of her favorite foods, like making brocolli with mac and cheese, but she will either pick out the brocolli, or if it does end up in her mouth, she spits it out. Any other tricks I can do?
Re: Help with veggies!
Ryan won't eat them, either. So far I've found the easiest way sneak them is one of these 3 ways:
1) YoBaby Yogurt - the fruit/veggie combo ones. I would imagine you can also add pureed veggies to plain yogurt yourself, too. with some fruit, maybe.
2) Meatloaf: can add veggies to that when you cook it.
3) Sneak them into pancakes! For example - in order to get more veggies into Ryan I will often add the following to pancake batter:
- some veggie (puree or small pieces) - ie: sweet potato, broccoli, etc...
- meat - fine pieces, puree, or whatever
- then add pieces of fruit and some cinnamon to "hide" the veggies and meat lol
You can basically hide anything you want in there and he can't get enough of them!
Besides that, Ryan absolutely loves tomatoes and cucumbers, so if all else fails, I try to at least cut some of those up for him.
Good luck!

Pancakes are a great idea! I do buy the Yo Baby meals, but I want DD to get used to the texture of veggies in solid form; she will eat them pureed, but not as a finger food. I'll also have to try the meatloaf trick, hopefully the taste of the meat will trick her into eating the veggies!
