Weird happenings at my house!!

Ok, I have lost my keys.  Totally lost them.  Dh and I swear we saw them on the kitchen table,but when we came home, they were gone.  We've searched the house for 3 days straight.  I called everywhere we went, twice.  They are no where.  New Years eve, we were outside and the lock lights on my car flashed.  Dh's keys were in the house.  We have no clue how this happened. 

Next weird thing, my mom got a text from me at 5 am on New Years Day saying "Happy New Years Mama".  I didn't send it.  I wasn't up at 5 am and I didn't send anything to her at all that day. (we talked instead)  I really don't even call her mama anymore!

Next thing, my DH and I swear we hear walking upstairs sometimes.  We always blame it on the cats, but I am not so sure. 

I don't feel creeped out...I'd just like to figure things out.  I'd really like to find my keys...they are like 300 bucks to replace!!!!!

    Um, I think if it was me I would be creeped out. Actually, I'm creeped out anyway! That is weird!

    At about 2am our paper shredder became possessed! Our office is also in our bedroom and at 2am our paper shredder went off by itself for about 1-2 seconds.  It woke both my husband and I up.  I was half asleep and then it went off again about 5 minutes later.

    We couldn't figure out what the noise was at first because it's in our closet.  My husband freaked out and wondered around the house making sure no one was inside.  I hid under the blanket with my heart thumping.

    20 minutes later it went off again.  This time we figured out it was the paper shredder and he turned it off.  It was weird because there was no paper on top triggering it...it was just going off by itself.

    I'm not really one to believe in ghosts but that was weird.

    I dont know why but the text message story gave me chills.  Yikes!  Hope you find your keys!

    Could she have received a text meant for someone else?  I know when I woke up on New Years Day morning, I had like 10 on my phone from various friends and family, so honestly someone could have typed in your mom's phone number by mistake.
