My BP is complete crap today.

143/93 with a manual pulse of 93. WTF. I slept like crap last night. I had just posted about having a good BP over the weekend and then last night it spiked up again.

The M/W is having me come in for blood work today. I started crying on the phone if she asked me if I felt the baby yet and I said no. I just want to make it to the end of this pregnancy with a healthy baby in my arms..is that too much to ask?

I am not showing any other signs of Pre-E and she doesnt even seem to think that it is Pre-E but we are taking any and all precautions. She said it could be gestational hypertension which would put me even more high risk because I am on lovenox too. :(

    I totally understand how you feel. I have also had issues with BP. Unfortunately I do have very mild pre-e but it is managed well with bed rest and my bp is now very normal.

    FWIW, my doctors are not overly concerned until you get 140/90 consistently. They are more concerned with 150/95 (that is my "call them" number).

    I find if I lie on my left side my BP drops dramatically. Have you tried doing that?

    Also, it is still early to feel the baby so try not to worry about that.

    All of this is still new to me and I have no advice - just want to wish you good luck and I hope your BP issues go away.
