21 months- bed transition- crying out??

We moved DD2 to her toddler bed about 6 or 7 weeks ago after jumping the crib. She has slept through the night in her crib since about 5 months or so, now that she's in the toddler bed, she cries out every night, usually 2 or 3 times. A few times we've gone in her room and patted her, but she's been asleep. So she's not waking up, she's just crying in her sleep. Anyone else's LO do this and what do you do? TIA

DS never cries out (that I can hear anyway) but the way I do it if he does wake up and I hear him, I leave him alone unless he continues crying or it's an I'm hurt/sick type of cry. But now that he's in the toddler bed if he wakes up completely he will just come out of his room to where we are. But if she doesn't continue crying I would let her fall back to sleep on her own.
