I have had mine full on colored .... I have ALOT of Gray and highlights are not covering it.

I have had all over color after the first trimester. My doctor has no problem with all over color AFTER the first trimester. She has no problem with feta cheese but coloring during the first tri was one of her only no-nos.

I had highlights done in Aug (end of 2nd/beginning of 3rd month), and will go back for low-lights before Thanksgiving.

Staying away from color dye on my scalp though... I know most are safe enough, but ....

Yes. I color my own every 5-6 weeks. I did hold out until week 10 or so.

Yup. Wouldn't see why not. Most dyes don't have the chemicals that they used to back in the day.

Nope I know most say it's fine after first tri but it just wasn't important enough for me to risk it.

i just don't dye my hair...pg or not. my OB says go ahead after first tri though.

I used to have my hair dyed blond, but after getting pregnant I dyed my hair around 2.5 months back to my natural hair color (black).

Yep, an allover tint. I called my OB before my appointment and he said it was fine. I go every 8 weeks or so.

I still have not. I used to get highlights, but it was so expensive that I decided to use pregnancy as a reason to just grow it all out! And let me just tell you how cute I look right now! Wink

Yep, I went much darker along with some highlights. My stylist said that she spent both her pregnancies with her hands in color every day and everything turned out great. But wait...her daughter has pink hair. lol (she really does...but that's just a 13 year old thing!)
