I know it differs depending on location, but what do you pay your nanny per hour? I am trying to find an average. I live on the northeast coast, and it would be for one child, 3 months old, 2 days a week. Thanks!
Go to sittercity.com and/or care.com. You can plug in your location and the experience level you want out of your nanny/sitter, and they'll give you an average rate for your area.
I pay my nanny $11.75/hour to care for my twins. I live in Minnesota.

We are in Chicago and pay $17/hour but we don't pay our nanny under the table. Your cost will vary if you decide to withhold taxes or not as well as your location.
I was a nanny for almost 10 years before having DD. I started my first job in 1999 making $10 for 4 kids. By the end I was making $15 an hour for 2 kids and one was in preschool most days.
My friend is a nanny for 2 kids, and she makes $15 something an hour as well. I would think $10-$12 for one infant would be the norm.

$11.75 seems dirt cheap for twins.
