NTR: 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge

I'm hosting a 6 week weight loss challenge on my blog, Stomach Rumblings, if anyone's interested! I always find it motivates me to lose weight with others. We're going to weigh in weekly on Sundays until February 13.

No cost or gimmick or anything like that- just losing weight with like minded individuals. You can post your starting weight today or just your intention to join in- completely up to you. Same for future weeks- feel free to post your current weight or just keep track of pounds lost- it's up to you.

Just thought I'd share in case anyone's interested!

  • Ok, so, this is exactly what I needed. In the past couple of days I have been thinking about how I could lose weight. I am still 10lb over pre-pregnancy weight, and I am not too happy about it. I dieted most of my adult life, but since I had M I seem to lack motivation.

    So I want to try and take on this challenge. I hope having to check in every week will motivate me enough. I do not have a scale at home (and by choice) but  I will weight myself tomorrow and give updates on my progress next Sunday.

    To start, a question: how do you like the 30-day shred? I was thinking about getting a work out DVD. I have been reading about the shred, but I have been contemplating a Zumba DVD also. Any suggestions?!?

    Let the weight loss begin (hopefully)!
