If money were no object where would you go for your 10 year anniversary? Anywhere you absolutely loved?
We have enough miles/points to go and stay pretty much anywhere.
We have parents to watch the kids but they max out at 4-5 days so Asia/South Pacific is probably out of the question (we're on the East coast) .
Re: 10 year anniversary
The South of France! I worked there for 6 months and LOVED it! Also, if you can squeeze in a few more days... BALI! Sooooooo wonderful!
HAPPY 10TH!!!
If it was 4 or 5 days and an anniversary, I would pick Hawaii. You don't have to worry about customs or language barriers and you can relax th whole time. If I had more time and it was less of a milestone, I would pick some place exotic. That way if it took some time to settle in, acclimate to the time and climate or we came down with nasty bug from eatin/drinking local it wouldn't ruin our anniversary.
The Masi Mara reserve in Kenya is amazing. We stayed at the Kitchwa Tembo camp. The "tent" was as luxurious as some of the five star hotels we visited.

DH and I want to go back again. We were there for 5 days and that was plenty of time to see everything. We felt like we had an adventure and then also relaxation and romance.
