Who else won't be finding out the sex of the baby? I think we need to stick together, because it's going to be really hard for me not to find out at our next u/s!!!
I really don't want to find out but FI can't imagine not knowing. He thinks he will be able to find out and then not tell me...he couldn't even keep quiet about the baby for more than 2 hours so I imagine I will end up finding out.

We are team green and it's really exciting. I just hope we don't accidently see any parts on the anatomy scan lol. We bought all the baby gear in a gender neutral pattern with our first so should have the major stuff that we will need.
I'm team green, DH isn't and I am some what leaning towards finding out. The reason why we would find out is because of my c-section. Having them announce it in that setting just doesn't seem as exciting as in a regular birthing room. I can't put my finger on why exactly but them ripping (extremem I know) a baby out of my belly and then announcing it's a boy/girl just doesn't seem appealing to me. We knew DS was a boy because of his medical problems and that was enough for me. I was happy enough to hear him cry after they delivered him.

We might be....DH is unsure if he wants to find out, so we'll see what the decision is in a few weeks.
2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14
I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
We are!! We have some family/friends saying you "have" to find out...don't they realize that their insistence is actually making me dig my heels in more to not finding out?! LOL
I really wanted to this time, but H is ADAMANTLY against it, so he'll probably win.
This exactly! Which is totally opposite from when we were pg with DS. DH gave me so much crap for not finding out because he really wanted to but now loved not knowing. I know I can wait (sinc we did with DS) but a tiny part of me wants to know this time.
We are also Team Green. DH wants to know, but I put my foot down on this. I told him that I have wanted to be a mommy since I was 6 years old. He has only thought about being a daddy since meeting me. I win.

You know I'm team green! When DH first told me he didn't want to find out I was really upset bc I'm a planner and thought I just HAD to know. Then one day I thought about that moment when the baby comes out and seeing the look on DH's face, and I thought about him being the one to tell people whether we have a son or a daughter and how special that will be. Thinking about that makes me tear up everytime and makes it easy to be team green .
We're going to be team green! I feel like there are too few surprises in life and this is one I really look forward to. Plus this way, I am forced to buy things in a gender neutral color and can use it for our future children.

Re: Who is going to be "team green?"
I am! And I'm stealing the idea someone else posted that DH will be the one to say if it's a boy or girl once he/she is born
You can do it, be strong! One of life's great surprises!
Oh, thinking about that moment just gave me chills! I am definitely going to do that too. Maybe it will continue to give me the willpower I need!!

Me!! I know it will be hard when I go for my anatomy scan and when everyone else starts posting their "It's A . . ." posts.
I can't wait to share that moment with DH when the baby comes out and we find out what it is!
Me!

We are 90% on team green also :-)
I'm that 10%.

We are! And I love this! It reminds me of a movie moment when the husband walks out into the waiting room and announces it then hands out cigars!
