went to L&D last night

after having pesky contractions for the 4th night in a row and timing them consistently from midnight to 3am at 3 min. apart, we woke up DS and went in.

I just had DH drop me off and drive DS around so he could sleep until I texted him with my progress.

Thankfully L&D wasn't busy and I was seen quickly.  Sure enough I was having contractions every 3 min. but was still only 1cm.  They decided to give me Vistaril which knocked me out basically so I could sleep and get me through the cramping of the contractions.  I looked it up online and that drug just seems to be a really strong benedryl.  Either way I am now awake 6 hrs. later after some much needed sleep and taking it easy.

I go back to work tomorrow (teacher) and have my dr. appt. Tuesday to see if there is anymore progression.
