Introduction
Hi Ladies,
I have been lurking here for a few weeks. I've been on the Miscarriage/ PL boards, and while I am not sure if I am ready to start TTCAL this cycle, my DH is ready, and I know AF is due approximately tomorrow or Tuesday (it'll be my first AF since my D & E on november 24th). I'm thinking more along the lines of february's cycle, i'm hoping the more time I give myself to heal the more ready i'll be. I'm not sure being afraid will ever go away. We found out at a normal ob/gyn visit at 21w 4d that our little boy had died approximately at 21w 1d (a sunday. i know the last time i felt him move was that saturday night, and sunday afternoon i felt a sharp pain and cramping...and i hadn't felt him move since...so in retrospect i think that is when he flew to heaven). anyway- i do have a blog, like so many of us here.
I went over to the TTCAL blog, and became a follower--what a great resource you have for us newbies! I also am trying to download the book club book...water for elephants b/c i am an active reader and DH got me a nook for our 1st anniversary last week (i read through the Sookie Stackhouse series during my morning sickness, so i should try to expand my library!).
but i just wanted to say an official hello, and i'm so sad we were here, but i'm glad we're all here together. i see how strong of a board you all are, and i'm glad i can be a part of this community.
anyway-thanks, and i look forward to getting to know you all!

I am so sorry for your loss, but welcome to the board..this is a great place for support. You are wise to listen to your gut, giving yourself time to process what has happened is key before trying again. You will always miss your little boy, but the day will come where you know you are ready to try for his little brother or sister!
Looking forward to getting to know you!!! And I agree..the TTCAL blog was hugelu helpful for me when I first found the board.
