What do you take for cramps?

Prior to LO I was lucky to have the easiest period alive with no symptoms or signs. But since LO I have gotten killer cramps the first day or two. Today they are killing me? What do you take? Tylenol or Advil or prefer Midol?

I take ibuprofen. Up to 800mg. It really helps!

I used to take MIDOL, I swear by this stuff.

However, since going through L&D my cramps have been meh, and have had 0 need for Midol

I take Ibuprofen. I usually take 3 of the 200 milligram tabs.

I can't use Midol because it has caffeine in it and it give me a buzz at night when I'm trying to sleep.

I start drinking chamomile tea a couples of days before I expect AF. Ginger root is supposed to help too.

Now I can manage my cramps but when I was in HS they were really bad and a dr. gave me some kind of prescription and also told me instead of the prescription I could take 3 advils.
