Prenatal Vitamins and Acne

My husband and are planning on TTC in the next 6 months so I decided to start taking Prenatal Vitamins (generic Walgreens brand).  Within days I broke out with horrible acne all over my body.  I had acne as a teenager but nothing like what I am experiencing now.  Is there a tie between acne and prenatal vitamins?

    I started taking them in August...and use the OneADay Women's PNV..come in the purple box. They are great... everyone once in a while I get the fish burp but other than that no complaints. Never got acne from it either.

    hi! i have been taking prenatals for about 3 months now and almost right away i started breaking out ...mostly on my back and chest. I had pretty good skin prior to taking them so i have been wondering the same thing!

    I have been taking prenatals since Feb and I never even thought about them being a potential cause of my acne. I have never had acne this bad, even when I was a teenager.
