  About a week ago, we changed from giving it after feedings to before. It really seems to have helped. Now we always give before.

  I put it in every 3rd bottle, we were giving it before each feeding, but it was working too well and we were getting some really messy diapers.

  You may have to try it at different times and see which works best for you. You'll know pretty quickly.

  I give it before I start breastfeeding her. I was doing it after, but found that if I give it before it seems to start taking effect while eating which helps her deal with the gas coming from that feed.

  I give it before.  We tried after but, as others said, the spit up afterward made us lose all the medicine.

  I EBF and try to give it after I burp him between sides. I was giving it after feedings and found that he was spitting it out so I try to give it to him right before he is going to latch so that I know he is going to atleast swallow some of it instead of pushing out with his tounge.
