It sounds like aside from the scary beginning, you had a fairly easy labor and delivery which is great! Congrats, again!

Just out of curiousity, why were they going to induce you early?

My doctor offered to do it at 39 weeks, I think partly due to the fact that we were still unsure about the cholestasis in pregnancy diagnosis. We were excited when she offered to do it, because we had tons of family who would get to spend time at the hospital and with Kari that wouldn't have otherwise, since they were home for the holidays.
