I need to add "can't swallow/stabbing throat pain"

to my list of ailments for the evening.

Also, my sister has commandeered my TV for the last three days and I'd really like to watch it myself.

    I hope it's not strep, but just in case... I catch it so easily that I'm going to take precautions.  I'd be the first known person to catch a sore throat through the interwebs.

    And I shall return the bat for your sister when I'm done using it.

    I catch it easily too, unfortunately. DH had open heart surgery as a kid and it could be deadly for him if he ever caught strep from me (the strep virus attacks weakened/scarred heart muscle tissue) so it looks like we'll both be going to urgent care for antibiotics in the morning and he'll be crashing on the couch.
