Thank you Eleise and Cristina for all of your input the other day. It looks like feeding him more often in the evening is helping out with his crankiness. I don't know why the possibility of cluster feeding didn't cross my mind. I'm working on getting a better evening nap in and a later afternoon nap, but for now I'll take the bit of more happiness I am getting from him by nursing him around 5 (and starting his cereal then too, and soon other foods).

Glad you found some relief. Hopefully when he starts solids he won't be hungry and cluster feed.
BTW, is that the set from Petunia Picklebottom that lil man is wearing?
Yes it is! A friend of ours got it for us ... it fit him that one day then it was WAY too small to fit him again. My little man isn't made for more "designer" clothing. haha ... more like the big and tall or husky section.
