Damn Sparkling Grape Juice

so last night we went to a friends house for NYE.  he knew i was coming and made sure to have something special for me to drink. how sweet. Welch's Sparkling Grape and a wine glass.  super.  i drank a couple glasses of white and a couple glasses of red.  HORRID heartburn at like 2am until this i woke up late at 11am.  grape juice wasted.  it was almost as bad as drinking the real stuff. :(

    Awww how sweet but yucky ending. My DH got this for our anniversary last month too and put it in wine glasses for us to celebrate as well.  I don't remember getting heartburn from it but I'm having so much heartburn it all blends together.

    Hope it goes away soon.

    Same here! It also made LO jump around sooooo much. I only had two glasses, the rest will be poured down the drain.

    Oh no!! super bummer!! Our friends got me the apple cider version and I really liked it! It was no champagne but it was acceptable. hehe.. Hope you feel all better now!

    This!!  I had one glass of sparkling apple and then grape and he was boucing all over the place.  Nothing though out of the ordinary.  I plan on maybe taking some to work to have to sip on.  It is 100% juice and I have vowed to not have another soda product until he is born.

    Awwww ... I've been drinking the Martinelli's sparkly grape juice since thanksgiving. They have so many yummy flavors like cran-apple  I <3 it, but nothing gives me heartburn. i had it for a little while in the 1st tri & ocassionally if i lay back too soon after eating or drinking i'll get a little reflux but nothing sitting up can't fix :)

    Sorry about your heartburn. I have it so bad but I can't pin point anything. I think everything I eat or drink causes it. =) I loved my sparkling grape last night white and red for me also!
