Possibly TMI Serious Rectal Pressure

Ok so I was sitting on my couch and all of a sudden had some serious rectal pressure it hurts really bad. I got up on my knees and turned around to hug the back of the couch.  I have no idea what's going on but I cannot sit very well. . .if at all.  Anybody have any suggestions or understand what is going on?

    There could be a million different reasons.  I get that when I am constipated, or also with gas.  However, as you get bigger you also start to get more and more pressure and that is what causes hemoroids....it could also be a hemoroid issue. 

    Also, see if it comes and goes because when I had my back labor with my daughter I would feel like i had to go to the bathroom everytime I got a back contraction. 

    Like I said a million different reasons....just see if it keeps happening and if so definitely give your dr. a call ....because it sounds very uncomfortable.

    I had this almost 24/7 for about 2 weeks. I think it was just positioning of my LO.... bc I got lots of sharp pains which felt like kicks to the intestines during this time too. One day it just stopped.... I hope it goes away quickly for you!

    I've had this for the past 4 days, but it's because she's dropped so low. I know it's her head because it moves around.

    I swear sometimes it feels like my kid is poking my butt with a stick... it only lasts for a minute or so and then goes away. He or she is either stretching out or their head is locked and loaded and it's just extra pressure.
