Failed Induction

I was scheduled for induction on Wed 12/29. I went in, was hooked up to pitocin for 2 1/2 days (off around 8pm each night to get some rest, food, and a shower). After 2 1/2 days, I was released to go home because I wasnt far enough along to break my water....  although, I was 2 cm, 75% effaced, and she was -1 engaged. So, I got home yesterday and told to come back Mon morning to try again. Then, today I am having my bloody show.....

We'll see if we make it to Mon morning....  :)

    I have pretty much decided some of these little ones are going to do what they want regardless of what we do. Good luck.

    Guess baby isn't ready!  Why are they trying to induce before you are really overdue?

    I am 2 cm, 100% effaced and baby is at +1 engaged.  Still nothing here :)

    You're so lucky they didn't just c-section you!  Sounds like a nice hospital!  Good luck on Monday if you don't go on your own!

    Seems odd that they would just let you go like that. What reason were they inducing you for? Not for the tax deduction right Wink.
