Happy new year!
At 6 weeks they discovered I had a sub-chronic hematoma, had bleeding, went for a follow up u/s and by 7 weeks seems to be decreasing in size... Since 6 weeks however, I have had a sharp quick twinge right under my rib cage... comes and goes but just strange...
Of course on Monday, when the OB's office opens again I am going to call and ask my doctor if this is the location of the SCH but does anyone else have one spot that is a bit more more achey than others...
I feel like the whole upper left side of my belly is even sore to touch!

I was wondering how you were doing! I had a SCH right around the same time as you and I have had some weird twinges too, though not usually in the same spot. This is my first pregnancy so honestly I have no idea what kinds of twinges and cramps are normal or not. I've had mild cramping sporadically all along but no bleeding since the SCH. Some very light brown spotting, but nothing to worry about. My last u/s showed that the bleed was contained and healing as well.
That sounds strange that your belly would be sore to touch though. Let us know what the dr. says on Monday!

Hey thanks! Nice to hear from you! Hope you are well!
Other than the usual little pulls and cramps here and there, things have been great. It is just in one particular spot... so strange! I will totally ask on Monday and even see if we can schedule an u/s to go along with my appt. on the 12th or they might even be able to see something in that area from one of the earlier u/s... either way, I hope you are feeling great!
When is your next appt?
if it's by your rib cage, it's not the SCH, as that is in your uterus, and your uterus isn't even out of your pelvis yet.
I'd call and ask about it though, but it could just be some random pregnancy muscle spasm or something.
Lol! My next appt. is on the 12th too! I have a follow-up u/s scheduled at the same time so they can check the bleed. The dr. originally wanted to do the u/s at 12 weeks but decided to go a little earlier instead. Hopefully they can squeeze you in for one too. I think it will make both of us feel better to know that everything is still ok in there! Otherwise I'm doing great. Not counting the SCH, it's been an easy pregnancy so far. : ) Good to hear from you as well. Keep us updated!
