How in the world did I get a positive FRER the same day my beta measured only 9? Don't you have to have a level of 25 in your system for a positive FRER?

There was someone on TTGP about a year ago that had a beta of 6 with a positive FRER...I think some of them must be abnormally sensitive.
2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14
I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
I've had positive FRERs, only to go in the next day and get a beta of 10. Those tests are wicked sensitive - too sensitive, according to my OB. He sort of hates them for that reason (I get his point; I don't totally agree with it, but I get it.)

When is your next draw?
I mean, I've taken several brands of tests and they're all positive, so I'm just confused how that all works I guess. I suppose they are just more sensitive than the box reads. Weird.
I had my 2nd draw on Thursday (first was Monday) and I hear those results this coming Monday. I am so nervous. :-/

Oh, I think they are all really sensitive, I just used FRER because that's the test I tend to go for.
I'll be thinking about you, I'm hoping for great numbers.
Re: Possibly a stupid question, but I'm baffled.
Some tests can read a level of 5. I got my BFP on an Equate test (Walmart brand). My beta was 8.

there was someone on 1st tri the other day who had a 1st beta of 8 (or something) and then a second beta well in the hundreds.
eta: just searched for the post and her first beta wasn't quite so low. Still, though, everything crossed for you, boxer.
