If you're using any "A is for ant, B is for bird" type prints in your nursery, which letters are you using? I'm trying to decide if I want to do just an A, B, C, D or spell his name out (Linus) or just pick random letters. They won't be hung horizontally all next to each other so I'm not sure if you would even notice if they spelled his name. Then again, when I've seen pictures of random letters hanging I always find myself trying to figure out if they spell something! Just curious what others are doing!
Eta: I was also throwing around the idea of doing number prints- like a big 1 with an owl, a 2 with two cats, number 3 with 3 birds, etc. so we could pick whatever animals we wanted. Opinions or has anyone seen any like this?
Re: If you're using alphabet wall art...
I've been thinking of spelling the baby's name (Morgan or Liam) but putting the letters in little frames and centering them over the changing table. My only dilemma is that we are not sure what we are having, which makes this difficult and I'm not sure if I will feel up to the task once baby comes.
If you are not placing the pictures together then I would just use random letters and numbers scattered about.
What are you using for bedding? We are using Just Born ABC123 bedding which already has the ABC an 123's. I'm also not sure if the colors of my letters/pictures should match the bedding or if it would look ok without matching.
As a side, if you decide to spell Linus please let me know what you use for N. The only animals I have come up with are Nightingale or Nurse Shark. The shark would be cute for a boy but prob not a little girl (Morgan)
Good luck!
