Babies: 9 - 12 Months

ASAP help!

if anyone saw my request for prayers, my aunt had a stroke last night. DD and i are going to be going up to PA with my mom to see her. we never got much use out of our PnP, so we sold it a few months ago. now i need some help trying to figure out the best solution for DD to sleep. any suggestions? my only one is to buy the toddler bed rail (which we will need soon anyway) and attach it to the hotel bed and sleep on the other side. WWYD?

  • We have the KidCo Peapod.  It's so light and easy to travel with!  Cheap too!

  • Most hotels have cribs.

Bar tab = $156,000, Bus to Foxwoods = $0, Puking in the Stanley Cup = Priceless

  • I'd request a crib from the hotel if you can.  Or can you borrow a pnp from a friend or family member?  Do you know anyone else in the area with babies?  Does your mom know anyone?  I know DS won't sleep well with us anymore.  If nothing else, he thinks it's fun to climb all over us and the bed.  In the mornings, he usually makes a B-line for the bottom of the bed because he knows he can get off that way.
  • We've traveled several times with DD and all the hotels have had PNPs or cribs. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family!
  • Most hotels have PnPs or portable cribs.  Just request one.  They usually have a limited number though so when you figure out which hotel you're staying in, ask.

This. Just ask at the front desk and they will usually bring a PnP right to your room and set it up for you. You can call ahead and ask too. I have never stayed in a hotel that didnt have a PnP or crib.

  • You can rent a pnp from most hotels to use during your stay.
