if anyone saw my request for prayers, my aunt had a stroke last night. DD and i are going to be going up to PA with my mom to see her. we never got much use out of our PnP, so we sold it a few months ago. now i need some help trying to figure out the best solution for DD to sleep. any suggestions? my only one is to buy the toddler bed rail (which we will need soon anyway) and attach it to the hotel bed and sleep on the other side. WWYD?

Re: XP--need help FAST!
I second the hotel idea. We stayed in two different hotels in St. Louis (Holiday Inn and Drury Inn) and both of them had a portable type crib. The Drury Inn had an actual PnP and the Holiday Inn had a collapsible crib type deal. It was really simple, we called ahead, let them know we'd need a crib and it was either set up or waiting to be set up in the room when we arrived.
FWIW, Tegan is really used to sleeping in her own crib and I know that if I tried to have her sleep with me in my bed that both of us wouldn't be getting a great night's sleep.
