HELP!!

in 3rd Trimester

Im 37 &1/2 weeks and been having mild contractions for the past 3 days non stop!!   They are normally around 7-10 mins apart not very painful just uncomfortable!  Im 1 cm dilated and 80% thinned.  Am i in early labor?  Anyone esle go thru something like this?

    Yea sounds like early labor, like PP said, it can last for a few weeks. Take a warm bath or get moving, either might help the pain.
